No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not maintain, compile, or sell a personal criminal-record database. Roane County court files, Sheriff reports, WVDCR custody entries, West Virginia State Police Criminal Identification Bureau history, and West Virginia Sex Offender Registry profiles remain with their government custodians. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party criminal files.

Outside companies power search fields found on some pages. Their privacy terms, not this policy, govern the information submitted directly to their tools. Each partner controls its own retention, pricing, processing, and disclosure practices. Review those terms before sending a query.
